Application for Tenancy:
It is recommended that a screening company be used. These companies screen for credit, criminal, and rental histories. Most owners charge this to the prospective tenant. Forms can be obtained from the screening company of your choice.

Note: copies of this form should be obtained from a local tenant screening agency.
