The MHCW membership manual is a comprehensive reference source. It includes association information, the Landlord-Tenant Act, sample forms, legal updates and management bulletins. Regularly reviewed and updated the bulletins contain down-to-earth information on issues such as park rules, evictions, first right of refusal, hazardous waste, and other timely topics.
