Professional Bio
Brandon Bemis serves as vice president and senior loan officer for the Commercial Mortgage Division with MUFG Union Bank, N.A. He specializes in originating, underwriting and closing of multi-family and manufactured housing community loans from $1Million to $30Million located in the Pacific Northwest Region, Washington and Oregon.
Mr. Bemis has 21 years in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Union Bank in 2006, he served as a branch manager and lending consultant where he managed commercial and residential loan transactions throughout the United States. At Union Bank he has been recognized as a top producer for the past ten years and he has funded approximately One Billion + in total commercial loan production.
Active in his community, Mr. Bemis is a member of the Manufactured Housing Communities of Washington (MHCW), member of RHA of WA and attends (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member networking events. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Washington.
