Brandon Bemis serves as vice president and senior loan officer for the Commercial Mortgage Division with U.S. Bank. He specializes in originating, underwriting and closing of multi-family and manufactured housing community loans from $1Million to $30Million located in the Pacific Northwest Region, Washington and Oregon.
Active in his community, Mr. Bemis is a member of the Manufactured Housing Communities of Washington (MHCW), member of RHA of WA and attends (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member networking events. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Washington.
