Membership Prices
As of January 1, 2026:
Memberships with 10 or less spaces are a flat $100.
The cost is $10 per space up to the first 100 spaces.
Spaces 101 and above are charged $8 per space.
There are also $200 state dues per year. Membership is renewed annually.

Multi-Community Owned Park (MCO)
Register your Multi-Community Owner parks to receive all of the benefits available to our MHCW registered Members. This membership option is for owners with two or more parks.

Join MHCW as an Associate Basic Member to be entered into our online associate member directory and get your business in front of the MHCW membership today!
