The 2026 MHCW Fall Education Series is a six-part virtual learning program designed to support housing professionals at every stage of their careers. Held on Thursdays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, each session features a respected industry expert leading a 45-minute presentation followed by a live 15-minute Q&A.
The series is structured to build knowledge progressively. The first three sessions focus on foundational concepts and are ideal for new managers, assistant managers, and housing professionals who are newer to compliance and operations. Topics include compliance fundamentals, maintenance and risk management, and resident notices and documentation. The final three sessions dive into more complex and specialized topics, making them especially valuable for experienced professionals seeking deeper insight into Fair Housing compliance, the 20-Day Notice process, legislative updates, and emerging legal issues affecting housing providers.
