Hello MHCW Members and Guests:
We are on our way to Spokane! We are looking forward to a half-day meeting and training event for MHCW Members and MHCW Guests.
The training will be an in-depth look at what manufactured housing communities will be facing with new laws around rent control and providing notice for unlawful detainer.
By bringing the training to you, this also puts our MHCW team closer in line to hear the issues that affect you and your parks. We have a great meeting in store for you! If you can't make this event, we are planning another opportunity in Yakima in early July. More details coming soon.
