Legal Defense Fund Help Fight Rent Control

Manufactured Housing Communities of Washington (MHCW) is raising funds to challenge Washington State’s newly enacted rent control law through legal action. With rent control now signed into law, MHCW is launching legal action to protect property rights and the viability of manufactured housing communities.

Funds will support our legal efforts and a targeted campaign to raise awareness, engage supporters, and influence decision makers.
