It is an understatement when I say, the 2023 legislative session is challenging indeed! Owners and managers of manufactured housing communities were threatened from the first day of the 2023 session that began on January 9th.
Please join us Wednesday, March 15 at noon for a Session Update with Chester Baldwin, MHCW Lobbyist for the MHCW. Learn what bills are active and how they affect you! Hear what has passed and what we prevented from passing.
Thank you to the MHCW Legislative Committee for developing the 2023 MHCW legislative priorities and guiding the strategic legislative decisions of the MHCW during these hectic days and hours of the session. Also, a big THANK YOU to the Members of the MHCW that so far have called their elected representatives and explained the MHCW position on a wide variety of legislative proposals. It takes a grassroots effort to be successful working in Olympia and our Members have made a huge difference!
