Eric M. Steven
Principal at Steven Law Office in Spokane, focuses on landlord-tenant law in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. He represents landlords, property owners, and housing providers in eviction, litigation, and fair housing cases. He advises the Washington Rental Owner’s Association and lectures on real estate law. A licensed instructor, he speaks at major legal and housing conferences, including WSBA and HUD/WSHRC events.

B. Tony Branson
Partner at Olsen Branson PLLC, focused in the areas of real estate transactions, bankruptcy, corporate, business, and landlord tenant relations. He has presented at numerous seminars on the Manufactured Housing Landlord-Tenant Act. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern District of Washington. He has also been recognized with an Excellence for the Future Award for Achievement in Advanced Real Estate.
